We are Schedule 40.  We are just a group of guys that love music, and love performing it.  You might have known us as a cover band for a certain performance troupe (whom shall not be named), but then they got mad at us for playing their material.  Apparently, imitation is not the most sincere form of flattery.  Anyway, we started out by making a single instrument made out of PVC piping, the polyvinyl chloribone.  We performed at a few high school basketball games, with great reception from the crowd.  Wanting more to work with, we built 3 xylophone-like PVC instruments over the next several months, and began to formulate an idea for a full-length performance.  At this point, we didn't even have a backup band.  Fortunately, we were able to come up with some incredibly talented musicians to accompany us, and in May of 2006, we fulfilled our dream of staging a big concert.  Schedule 40 has come quite a long way since then.  We have played at numerous events around our hometown of Germantown, several new instruments have been born, band members have changed, and more original music has been written.  In May 2007, Schedule 40 put on another large performance, again with the help of the National Honor Society of Valley View High School.  We are currently in a period of change, with three members being off at college and the tragic loss of our bass player.
However, Schedule 40 lives on.......
